Rachel is a Partner at Sewell Mullings Logie LLP (SML Law) and advises on commercial and employment law. She trained at the firm, qualifying in 2005. Rachel became an Associate in 2008 and a Partner in 2011.
Rachel was approached by the previous GWILS Committee to advise on its potential dissolution due to a lack of support from its younger members. The potential dissolution of such an important and historic society encouraged Rachel to spring into action and form a new committee. Rachel is a Committee member of the newly formed committee and hopes that its members will support and communicate with GWILS to ensure that we continue to offer local lawyers with a society that reflects what they want. Please contact Rachel if you have any ideas for social, sporting or training events that you would like to run for lawyers in your area.
Rachel lives in Cheltenham with her young family. In more eventful times, Rachel funded a trip around the world with her winnings from the game show “Catch Phrase”.
